Every Sunday morning at 8:00 am, except on feast days when we combine the morning services, The Holy Eucharist is celebrated using a combination of both the Hawaiian and English languages. The 8:00 service am is a sung service and includes a sermon. Hawaiian language prayers, hymns and scripture readings are what give this service a "Hawaiian" flavor. The choir sings an anthem in Hawaiian and supports the congregation in the musical parts of the service, also in Hawaiian.
The Pu (conch shell) announces worship along with a Hawaiian chant called the oli. Incense is used regularly to glorify God and add a sweet savor to worship.
The Aloha Hour for fellowship and refreshment which follows the service on the lanai is famous for its fine homemade delicacies.
