Father Tim describes his ministry as "loving, laughing, learning, and leading, with others to the tangible presence of God."

Father Tim Sexton was called to the Cathedral of St. Andrew in 2004, as the Canon Administrator, and was later appointed Provost. Father Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Divinity degree from Nashotah House Seminary, in Wisconsin, and is currently a candidate for his Doctor of Ministry degree.

Father Tim has served in the Diocese of Central Florida as Deacon, Diocese of Milwaukee as both Vicar and Youth Coordinator, Diocese of Nebraska as Rector of Church of Our Savior, and Diocese of Utah as Canon for Program, and Executive Director of Camp Tuttle. Most recently, Canon Tim served in the Diocese of Olympia as Rector/Canon Missioner.

In addition, Father Tim has served on both Commission for Congregations and Commission on Ministry.  He has worked with Province VIII as Provincial Coordinator for Christian Education Network, Member of the Provincial Oversight/Renewal Committee, and Member of Provincial Youth Council.  Father Tim is also co-founder of YouthVision, a training network focused on training congregations in Youth Ministry
