June 2010
Children's and youth ministries are a joint effort with St. Peter's Episcopal Church, located next door to the Cathedral on Queen Emma Street.
Family Sunday
Sunday, July 4
Family Sunday, held the first week of each month, is a day when Student Formation and Youth Group take a break so that youth and children can participate "up close" in the Holy Eucharist. Youth participate as acolytes and take other important leadership roles in worship. Want to participate? Contact Fr. Tim Sexton at 524-2822, x214 or email tsexton@hawaii.rr.com.
Student Formation
Sundays, July 11, 18, and 25
Children age four through 12th grade are invited to join us Sunday morning to learn about God in fun and relevant ways! We’ll meet from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m (usually every Sunday except the first of the month, which is Family Sunday in worship). Student Formation meets at the Youth Mezz at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, next door to the Cathedral on Queen Emma Street. New and returning kids and youth are always welcome. Please join us!
Youth Group
Sundays, July 11 and 18
Youth Group, for 5th through 12th graders, meets for fun, games, and fellowship on the Youth Mezz at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, next door to the Cathedral on Queen Emma Street. We’ll meet at 11 a.m. (and usually the second and third Sundays of each month.) See you there!
All Youth Fellowship
Sunday, July 25
Join us for fun activities on St. Peter’s Youth Mezz—and sometimes “on location” for the beach, ice skating, and other fun places! This month, we'll meet at the St. Peter's Youth Mezz at 11 am. Children second grade and younger should attend with a parent or guardian.
